Some of my friends in Facebook didn't get to learn that I happen to work at a mining company owned and managed by Australian miners. As a librarian, I was hired to become an information specialist wherein one of my tasks was to organize the company's documents - from confidential to public. Organizing archival materials was a long process but together with the information consultant, my mentor who topped the librarians board examinations years back, the job was almost perfectly done before me leaving to the United States. The consultant recommended a document management software that smooths the organization and retrieval system. Now, I have no idea about the progress of the system. Better ask someone in the company about it.
