Stress and shopping

We, women love to shop for clothes, handbags and accessories.

For a mom like me, shopping any of the above mentioned is one way to get rid of my daily stress from watching my 10-month-old daughter.

Lately, I have been looking for a bigger and durable handbag. Sometimes, it annoys me to bring my daughter's diaper bag with all her stuff like extra clothes, diapers, wipes, bottles and toys while I have my own bag as well. THe handbag that I am going to purchase would save me from bringing her huge diaper bag during grocery shopping. I will just put her feeding bottle and a diaper with wipes in my own handbag and we're good to go.

Good thing my friend Jackie sent me a link where I could find and purchase leather handbags of different styles and materials. Mimu carries a large variety of mock croc handbags, ostrich bags and more. The e-store is actually on sale now and I am thinking of grabbing one while it's still available.

Yey, he passed!

HUbby was so busy for the past few days. He had to practice shooting for the annual qualification last Tuesday. He gets so nervous everytime this happens. He was afraid he won't be able to pass and the rest of the shift would laugh at him. His perseverance and constant practice were paid off. Yes, I am proud to say that he passed the test on his 10th year in the service.

Now he is over it and is back to the game.

Barcode scanner and more

Hey folks, this is just to give you some information about Posmicro, an e-store where you can purchase the following products :

  • Barcode Printer
  • barcode scanner
  • Barcode Verifier
  • Card Reader
  • Cash Drawer
  • ID Card Printer
  • Inventory Software
  • Kiosk
  • Mobile Data Collector
  • Pole Display
  • POS Computer
  • POS System
  • Receipt Printer
  • Security Camera
  • Signature Capture Pad
  • Touch Screen Monitor
Most of the products above are basically for business use. THough there are certain items which can be used in your respective home offices.

I'd like to give emphasis on barcode scanner. Posmicro carries a large variety of such product. You can check on the website the topsellers or call toll-free 800-241-6264.

E-mails and stuff

Every now and then, I make it a point to check and read the messages I got in my inbox (e-mail). This has become a part of my morning ritual or if I have free time. What annoys me is that when I get too much spam mails. I already filtered it but still there are these mails which I don't know where in the earth came from.

In the other hand, other mails are basically useful such as coupons and discounts for certain products (which I use). Also, there are these free-trial offers such as diet pills as well as liporexall review . I have not tried the offers yet and still skeptical to do so.

A busy Thursday

Today was a very productive day for both me and my husband.

My morning started when my daughter woke up at around 7. I then took her out from the crib, changed diaper, gave her a serving of cereal with juice. Bathe her afterwards.

An hour later, hubby woke up. Same thing, Dannielle was the alarm clock. After a couple of hours, she felt so tired and took a nap.

While the daughter was asleep, both me and hubby started doing our plans. First, we ate the leftovers we had last night. Then, I cleaned the house while he was cutting the bushes and digging the roots off at the front yard.

We went to Home Depot as well to purchase the needed stuff for landscaping.

It was a busy day for us. Gladly, Dannielle was very cooperative and took a long nap this afternoon. We did finish what we have started. The landscaping looks new now. The grass is freshly cut.

At 4:47PM, the yard work was done. Whew! that was a lot of energy used!

Time to celebrate!!!

To all the mothers out there,

It's my day, too!

Hear ye, here ye

I have been told by Filipinos around here about the newly opened Filipino restaurant. At last, after these years, I can really say that this is my home. This is making me excited to go and try what they have to offer.

Out of curiousity, I browsed the web to find more information about the said restaurant. Good thing one of the local online news featured an article with so much details about it.

The restaurant is owned and managed by two Filipinos with the help of their respective wives. They serve some of the most famous and favorite foods such as adobo, ube, pancit, crispy pata and other Filipino delicacies.

I just dunno yet if they are connected to any cell towers in the area. I can not wait to go there.

The king of the ring

Congratulations to Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao for dominating the boxing ring during his fight against Ricky Hatton in May 2.. Manny knocked Hatton out in less than six minutes. Wow! That's the first word everybody uttered.

Some of friends here said they did not get what they have paid for. It was a very short show.

Hmn... wait a minute. I remembered Pacman was interviewed before saying that last year was his last fight. Just wondering...

Rain, rain go away

How is everyone?

Well, mine was pretty much good. We had a severe thunder storm today. It was forecasted that there will be a hail storm as well. I was so excited to see it again and kept on checking the back and front porches but I found nothing. It happened last year and was so amazed when I saw bits of ice in the porch. Yes, I must say it's a bit odd and awesome in some way to live in Louisiana despite of the killer humidity.

Bad weather means "stay in the house" for safety reason. So I just played with my daughter at the same time watched TV. As usual, there were so many commercials about the best diet pills that work for everyone.
