I think it was yesterday when I read this article (online) about a woman who did not shampoo her hair for years. According to this person, not shampooing helped rejuvenate her hair. It is now fuller and shiner.
So today I tried her ritual. I used conditioner alone but this is really not working. My scalp is itching and my hair feels so sticky. I want to take (another) shower again but I hate to wake my hubby. Also, my hair is so thick and it'll take a lot of time to dry.
One thing for sure...I will shampoo my hair in San Diego hotel (next year).

Oh, I forgot to share that my daughter, Dannielle will be baptized in the Catholic Church later today.
It's a tradition to attend the Holy Mass prior to the baptism ceremony. So we will. Hubby might not be able to go with us in case he'll be caught with too much work. But he'll make it to the ceremony. My in-law is going to drive us to the church though.
I would like to thank hubby's Aunt for Dannielle's christening gown, hat and booties. It's so nice of her.

It's been quite awhile, eh? Well I have been so busy with my daughter as well as updating my other blog.
Dannielle is 9 month old and is so mobile. I have to keep my eyes on her while she is roaming around the house except for the two rooms -- ours and the middle room.
She is not allowed here in the computer area. There are a lot of sharp objects such as my husband's collection -- knives.
I can put her in the play pen which is just right beside me while manipulating my computer but then again she still wants to be out and crawl or stand.

Alligator (Dannielle's pet)Just a few days ago, hubby and I brought our little one to the zoo. It was Dannielle's introduction to over a thousand animals/species. She was so amazed with the birds, turtles and fishes. I could see her excitement when we took her closer to the animals I just mentioned. She even uttered words I couldn't understand. Smiles and laughs were the indication of her emotion that day.
And for the first time, she did not take a nap. Never in her history she fussed as well.
Too bad we didn't see the lions and tigers. The zoo is under construction/renovation.

Every now and then, hubby talks about his job. He deals with sexual abuser, harassment, suicide, murder, dopes and so on so forth.
Recently, he called me just to talk about a crime committed by a 17-year-old male. He raped his two younger sisters ages five and three. I was a bit shattered with the story and begun drilling my husband with questions. Too bad he had to hang the phone quickly to proceed with the investigations.
I have no idea yet as to why this kid did it. Drug abuse might be the reason of this tragic crime. Now he's in jail instead of staying in a drug rehab (if he's into illegal drugs) for drug treatment or alcohol abuse treatment programs.
