I know how to drive a scooter but this doens't satisfy me at all. One of my greatest dreams is to ride on a motorcycle. My husband used to own one but I never had a chance to ride at all. He sold it prior to my arrival here. Hence, it's never too late though as they say. My dream can still be fulfilled through Eaglerider, the world's largest motorcycle tourism company specializing in rentals of Motorcycles, ATVs, Dirt Bikes, Scooters, Snowmobile, and Watercraft. I can not wait for my Motorcycle Tours to come true.
What about your dream ride? Is is the same as mine?

What happens when money is one's desire? Well, one of that is finding things against one gigantic individual or corporation and if proven, you'll get what you want. Just like Italy's Mediaset files suit vs. YouTube and Google. Mediaset is seeking €500 million (US$779 million) in damages for allegedly misusing video produced by the media empire by Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi. According to them, the €500 million claim was only an initial damage figure and I think they are to seek more from Google and Youtube. This is horrible. Everybody is making money. Both google and youtube earned from this. Now, Mediaset will earn huge amount if this case continues and they win it. Hmn...money, money, money!

I was looking at this website where we can buy different styles and affordable cufflinks. The Sand Timer Hourglass Cufflinks with Blue Sand really caught my attention. I just love the color -- silver with blue accent. What's great about it is that, apart from its fabulous design, I can also get discount as it's on sale now. More so, if I buy like more than one, more discounts would I be getting. Isn't it cool?

With the rising cost of gas and more in the future, I think being keen on how and when to use our vehicles is very necessary. WEll, I guess if you are wealthy enough, you don't need it. But if you are just like me, average, you need to at least know or discover for yourself on how you may save or cut your expenses especially with fuel use. Here are the tips I digged from Kaufman.
- Plan your trips and driving routes to avoid traffic congestion. Backed-up traffic and redundant trips cause you to be on the roads for a longer time, burning more gasoline.
- Accelerate evenly and drive smoothly so you keep abreast of traffic but aren't putting on the brakes frequently. "Any time you hit your brakes, you're throwing energy away" in a traditional gas-powered vehicle, Kaufman said.
- Use cruise control when traffic conditions allow because it "will smooth out the transitions" and help maintain an even speed.
- Don't carry more than you need on your vehicle. For example, rooftop cargo carriers, no matter how aerodynamically shaped, will detract from fuel mileage by creating drag, he said.
- Get rid of things inside the vehicle you don't need for your trip, such as sports equipment stored in the trunk. Kaufman estimates there's a "2 percent penalty" in fuel economy for every extra 100 pounds of cargo and people in a vehicle.
- Make sure your vehicle is properly maintained. This includes keeping the air filter clean, getting regular oil changes and, most especially, routinely checking to ensure tires are properly inflated. Underinflated tires can tax fuel economy by as much as 10 percent, he said.

It's not only the gas folks that is rising, text messaging is also on a race. If you have noticed, all four major carrier networks have doubled from 10 cents to 20 cents per message for the last 3 years. But who benefits most? Of course, the mobile operators. The massive price markup on texting and the growing popularity of texting have resulted in huge profits for mobile operators. Now, text messaging costs 20 cents. This is getting worse. You see, text messaging was once cheap or affordable. Now, we have to erode ourselves just to fit the trend of the society.

This time of the year when temperature is real high, an air condition is the only thing most us rely on. When summer started, I can count in my bare fingers the time I was out from home. I can't tolerate the heat of the sun that it's like pinching my skin. If me and hubby have to run errands, I make sure that he starts the engine first as well as the car's AC. Just lucky our AC compressor was just changed prior to the hot season.
Anyway, if you are in need of AC compressor, just visit or log on to Discountacparts.com. They have a large variety of air conditioning compressor such as Honda ac compressor, BMW or Mercedes AC compressor and a lot more! You can also purchase auto ac parts.

I am a shopaholic. As much as I can, I do limit or refrain myself from buying unneeded stuff but there are some things that I can't let go as well especially if I'll be getting great deals. I meant, clearance or sale items. Plus, I do consider coupons to get more discounts.
Just like today, couldn't help but to purchase a ring online. This ring costs over 70$ but is on sale for like 25$. I have this 31% discount from a coupon. Great deal, eh? I saved a lot.
Can't wait to see it next week. I ordered the mother-of-the-pearl or the pink one on the pic.

Prior to my pregnancy, I have learned a little about cord blood banking. In fact, I received bunch of fact sheets explaining it's importance for the future of my children and of other individuals including us, parents. I have asked a lot of people pertaining this matter and have gotten too many ideas and or feedbacks which are merely positive. This tempted me. For me, my children's future are my life.
But my plan wasn't done. I never had the chance to apply it for my newborn. I gave birth earlier than expected and was too late to get one for her. It really saddened me. It made me think what if something happened to my baby and the only chance for her to be cured is that the stem cells from her Cord blood? My conscience will barely sue me for the rest of my life. Qantas Boeing 747 was flying from Hong Kong to Melbourne when an explosion led to a sudden loss of air pressure in the cabin. The plane made its emergency landing in Manila, Philippines.
Hearing about this made me a bit shattered. Questions began to fluctuate in my mind. What if I was one of the passengers? What if any of my family was in there? I couldn't stop from thinking more when I saw some of the passengers crying while being interviewed by news crews.
But the huge Q is that what's the reason why it exploded that causes the sudden loss of air pressure in the cabin with 365 passengers and crew from London and was flying from HongKong to Melbourne? According to an Australian investigator, metal fragments from an oxygen cylinder have been recovered from a Qantas jumbo jet and maybe the cause of accident. There is no further information about the investigation so far.

China is like a "jack of all trade". The country now is one of the leading exporter of just pretty much everything. No wonder Chinese are the no. 1 internet users of today.

I am not familiar with any of the services offered by AOL. Though I am also a bit sad as the emergence of other websites may have cause a lil of its downfall. Also, what will happen to AOL users? I know how exactly it feels when you are used to a certain thing and there is changes.
Just like anything else, everything is temporary. AOL now is shutting three data-storage services. This includes Internet's earliest photo-sharing sites. AOL Pictures, the year-old media-sharing site BlueString and the online backup service Xdrive will likely shut down by year's end, though the company is looking to sell at least Xdrive, which AOL bought in 2005 for an undisclosed fee.
There is a speculation that AOL is closing from business which company officials of course denied.

Sometimes, it really makes me tired but he wants me to go with him everytime he has to run errands. Now that I discovered LA Police Gear, a website where we can buy tactical pants and more stuff, we don't have to travel. This really helps us save our money and our energy.

English is not my primary language. I just learned it in school. My vocabulary ain't that wide. I still have to refer to a dictionary or a thesaurus sometimes if I want something special on my writings.
When I got here in the United States, my accent is real different. Up to now I am still learning. Sometimes, my husband would smile or grin when I utter a word incorrectly. My response just to depend myself is that..."as if you can say my language properly!". He would just say "baby, I like the way you say it, it's cute."
Anyway, I was browsing the web just now and read about an article that suits me or any individual whose English is not the main language. Here are the tips to build our English vocabulary :
Connect: It's easier to memorize words based on a common theme. Make your own connections between words and possibly organize them in a spider diagram.
Write: Practically using vocabulary can help it stick in your mind. Write sentences with new vocabulary words or compose a story using a group of words or expressions.
Draw: Expose the artist in you by drawing pictures related to the words you study. Your drawings can help trigger your memory in the future.
Act: Get your moves on by acting out words and expressions you learn. Or, imagine and act out a situation where you would need to use them.
Create: Design flashcards in English and study them in your spare time. Each week make new ones, but continue to review all of them.
Associate: Assign different colors to different words. This association will help you recall vocabulary later.
Listen: Think about other words which sound similar to the words you're learning, especially complex words. Associate the other words with this new word to help you remember the pronunciation.
Choose: Remember that topics that interest you will be easier to learn. Therefore, carefully select words that you will find useful or interesting. Even the process of making the choice is a memory aid!
Limit: Don't try to memorize the dictionary in a day! Limit yourself to 15 words per day, and you'll gain confidence instead of feeling overwhelmed.
Observe: Keep an eye out for the words you're studying when reading or listening to English.

Information Technology has gone a long way and still has a broad line to go. It changed most of our lifestyle as well as our visions in life. There will be more and more to be discovered and be developed in the future. This is why we shouldn't let ourselves be stagnant. We should equip our minds with what's current. Meaning, an IT education or fair knowledge should be given enough attention for our advancement.
I am glad that IT education was part of the course when I was in college. I was able to learn somehow even just the basics. It was an advantage for me as such knowledge was of used when I started working as an information specialist. Just try to imagine working in a mining company where high technology is widely used. They might not hire me then. Yes, I am done with school. I am not working anymore. Hence, it does not hinders me from learning more. I am still upgrading myself by learning my own way here.
Information technology is one of the fastest growing industry. IT professionals are worldly in-demand nowadays and is a high paying job. If you are an IT graduate, you still need to upgrade or refresh your mind. Training should be learned or given attention in order for you to at least level or elevate yourself with the trend. There are a lot of improvements that have taken place which you might have not learned then.
In this generation, a Cisco certification is a huge factor in looking for a job or even if you are employed already. Learn more to enhance and advance your IT career through Cisco Learning Network. Join the IT professional community by logging on and signing up on the website.
Being advance awaits a huge opportunity!

In my twenty-six years of existence, I have experienced a lot in my life. There are some which are easy as counting and there some which are arduous as mathematical problems. My journey ain't a cloud nine for always. Actually, I am having a rough road right now. I am a new mom. Everything seems to be very difficult to me right now. Having a baby and attending to her needs is not easy as what I used to think it is. In fact, if I were to choose, I'd rather work than take care of her. I know I shouldn't think like this. My friends were telling me that it will get easier on next months. I am looking forward of that to happen. Can't wait!
Anyways, this is in connection to the journey of two famous individuals. I'd like to mention here the movie which will be shown on Thursday, July 31st, 2008 at 7:30pm on select movie theaters. Ewan McGregor’s Long Way Down is presented by Fathom and Wasserman Media Group. This is the ultimate motorcycle adventure of Ewan McGregor (Star Wars, Moulin Rouge!, Trainspotting) and Charley Boorman’s (Actor and Motorcycle Fanatic). A 15,000 mile motorcycle journey from Scotland to South Africa on the big screen. “There is something liberating about just having what you need, on your bike". “A tent, a roll mat, a little bit of food, a bit of petrol in your tank and a vague idea of where you’re going and that’s all you need. There is something beautiful about that.” This phrases are according to McGregor.
Let's watch this event. Tickets are on sale now.

When I gave birth, the hospital staff gave me or let me use this maternity pads to prevent the blood from leaking and disposable underwear as well. It feels great as I don't have to wash those stuff when I get home. A little problem occurred when I was released from the hospital. Meaning, I can no longer use those disposable stuff. Good thing I found this website where I ordered my needs. Disposable medical supplies offers incontinence supplies as well. Prices are very much affordable. Happy B-day to me! It is my day but seems not. We are not celebrating it. Hubby just came home from work and he's gotta take care of Dannielle. I am too tired taking care of my daughter whose been so fussy for days now. It's been two days in a row now since she's been acting like that and it's getting worser. At first it was tolerable but not lately. Hope she'll get better once I got that manzanilla from Jackie.

We all have some sort of likes when it comes to tech products. Just like others prefer laptops than desktops. We have our own reasons as to why we've chosen to purchase this product compared to the other on the market. But which of which is the best? It all depends on us. Which would you choose? Hmnn... the price still middles everything.
PCWorld published this article on MSN about the 14 classic tech rivalries. I just summed it up and you can read full article here.
1. Mac versus PC
2. Sony PlayStation 2 versus Microsoft Xbox
3. Nintendo versus Sega
4. Laptop eraserhead versus notebook touchpad
5. Lotus 1-2-3 versus Microsoft Office Excel
6. Amazon.com versus your local bookstore
7. Intel versus AMD
8. Gates versus Jobs
9. Inkjet printers versus laser printers
10. Microsoft Office versus Google Docs
11. Netscape versus Internet Explorer
12. Ballmer versus Torvalds
13. Microsoft versus Google
14. Cable versus DSL

Summer is fun! And why not, right? Though it is real hot but it is one of the best time to spend a vacation. I remember the old days. Actually, it happened just a year ago. It was my first step to the United States. My hubby met me at LAX or Los Angeles Airport which is my port of entry. Before flying to Louisiana, we spent days in that famous city. We enjoyed every moment we had then knowing that it's been a while since we haven't been together. Stroll around the area was just one of our activities. Buildings amused my little eyes and so on and so forth. There are so many things to do in Los Angeles by the way for that city is gifted with everything!
Anyway, if your spending your vacation in Las Vegas, New York or Washington, why not come and explore Madame Tussauds Wax Museum? This will be an awesome place to spend with your family or even with friends. Kids would love this the most as well as if your a Hollywood fanatic. Ticket prices are very affordable. Just don't forget to visit and log on to Trusted Tours & Attractions website for tickets, hotels and other tour deals to get the most reasonable deals. You can also get online travel guides from the website.
Enjoy each of your vacation!

My husband's X-box broke last week. Actually, before I gave birth, we went all around to look for a cheaper X-box. We went to a lot of stores but their items are kinda expensive to our budget. So we searched online hoping we can find e-stores which offers discounts. Good thing I remembered about buy.com. I know for sure that they always offer discounts or their weekly sale. Ain't bad at all as we got what we wanted.

It's the birthday of one of the most powerful country in the planet...the United States of America.
I have a question to raise. Are Americans really knowledgeable about their Independence Day? Hmn...some maybe yes but others are partly dead when it comes to their history. Actually, I ain't a citizen of this country but I do respect their past. In fact, I made some research about this very important celebration -- America's Independence Day.
Happy Birthday America!

Summarized history of the birth of America -
Independence Day also known as 4th of July is the birthday of the United States of America. It is celebrated on July 4th each year in the United States. It is the anniversary of the day on which the Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Continental Congress - July 4, 1776. The day they announced to the world that the 13 colonies no longer belonged to Great Britain. Independence Day was first observed in Philadelphia on July 8, 1776.
On July 4, 1777, the night sky of Philadelphia lit up with the blaze of bonfires. Candles illuminated the windows of houses and public buildings. Church bells rang out load, and cannons were shot from ships breaking the silence. The city was celebrating the first anniversary of the founding of the United States. The Fourth of July soon became the main patriotic holiday of the entire country. Veterans of the Revolutionary War made a tradition of gathering on the Fourth to remember their victory. In towns and cities, the American flag flew; shops displayed red, white, and blue decorations; and people marched in parades that were followed by public readings of the Declaration of Independence. In 1941, Congress declared July 4 a federal legal holiday.source

I think Microsoft has this decision that Windows Vista be known more in the market. I ain't a computer guru but I prefer using Windows XP compared to Vista. I am using Vista now and most of our previous softwares are not compatible with the system. We can no longer use our scanner for instance. Hence, business is business and the only way for Microsoft to earn more is to discard XP which I truly comprehend.
According to reports, Windows XP will finally be closing or be eliminated in the market. Microsoft already announced that they are not selling the operating system after June 30 anymore, which is today. Windows XP actually ran for seven years.
This operating system will still be on sale at smaller PC shops until the end of January and Microsoft will continue to produce a version of XP exclusively for low-end laptops like the Asus Eee.

This is what we are waiting for. Peso is getting weaker again, dollar is soaring. Filipinos working and or residing abroad who are sending money to their families in the Philippines are celebrating for joy. Imagine? a dollar now is equivalent to 45 pesos. Who wouldn't be happy for that? Can't wait 'til it reach 50pesos or more just like before. That way, I'll just be sending a smaller amount of dollars next time but of the same value in pesos.

I hope my friends Lerlyn and Avee will be able to read this one. These girls are Starbucks coffee lovers.
This ain't a joke. I just read from the article on MSNBC that 600 Starbucks stores will be closed throughout United States. Actually, the previous plan was only a hundred stores but it changed. Anyway, don't you worry as another 250 stores will be opened this September. Hope the store closer here won't be eliminated as I haven't been to Starbucks since I gotten myself here in the United States. (Kaluoy sa bata, wa katilaw sa kape).
Currently, there are 16,000 Starbucks stores worldwide. Wow! photo source

Yes, legal buds! Where can you find it? Only at International Oddities. Their products are made legally and of high quality for 25 years and is the best in the world.
Anyway, before I'd go more, I would like to share something about my encounter with legal buds. Oppps...It's not what you are thinking. I don't smoke or use it. My mother-in-law does. As far as I know, she's been using products of International Oddities for years now. According to her, this is the only brand that satisfies her taste and her day. She tried other brands then but it didn't last. I just can't fully remember which of which product she likes. All I am saying here are factual. I may not be the user but I have a living proof.
Going back, as I browse the website, I found interesting informations about the products of International Oddities. I became interested and read it. International Oddities has so much to offer for bud smokers like my mom-in-law. Actually, once she'll know that prices here are cheaper, I am hundred percent sure that she would never let go of this. The prices are really affordable compared to other brands. Just like this Legal Hawaiian Bud which is priced for 5 bucks but sold for $49 or more in other stores. Oh boy! That's a huge difference. Why settle for a higher price where you can get it in a very low price?
Legal bud users! this store is made for you. Why don't you log on to Internationaloddities.com and browse the website. -- The Best Gift Ever ---
There are a lots of gift that we received from the people we love. Sometimes we just forgot to thank them. Sure a heartily given gift would never ask for a repay. Just a word THANK YOU will do. Some people will ask for more without giving importance of the gift of life that they have from God. The gift of life is the best gift that everyone should be thankful about.
Lesson I learned:
A simple thank you means a lot but this is what I don't get from my own family in the Philippines. I've learned my lesson not to give or send some this month but the call of my responsibility for myself is stronger.
Sometimes, I admit I am not that certain of thanking the people who showed me love but I do give it back in the other way.
I am thankful for everything I have now.

My husband used to own a bike. He thought he grew up from it but he was wrong. I even told him of not selling it few months before he made his action as he's really inlove with that stuff. He didn't listen to me and now he got his reward. He's longing to have it back or purchase a new one.
Actually, part from that, I really would want to ride with him on a bike for motorcycle adventures. I am so jealous seeing those couples having fun while kicking-off the road. I can still continue dreaming anyway and we don't have to buy another bike just to make it to reality. It's not yet the end of the world knowing that Eaglerider is around and just waiting for the both of us to visit their website.
I just browsed www.eaglerider.com to check what they have to offer us. And you know what? My excitement level went high as we can rent any motorcycles from them from any of the following brands :
- Harley
- Honda
- BMW
More so, we can rent the following as well :
- ATVs
- Dirt Bikes
- Scooters
- Snowmobile
- Watercraft.
We also have this option to have a one-way rental or guided tours between franchise rental facilities located in the most desirable tourist destinations in the world. Eaglerider also offers motorcycle sales and franchise for interested individuals.
By the way, the website is so easy to navigate. Booking has made it so easy for us. Once you are in the website, you will be seeing a form on the left side of your screen. Just click on the dates you want to rent and a result will be available in less than a minute. So fast just like their motorcycles.
Visit www.eaglerider.com for more information.

I went to bed at 11PM last night. Thought I would be able to sleep but arhhhhggggg...NOT! I just kept on flipping in bed, My poor hubby had to keep up with me. I was disturbing him real bad with my movements. Sorry dear! Not my fault (lol). It's your daughter's. My baby was awake the whole night and that made me as well.
True to what my friends had shared me, sleeping would be one of my problems being that I am close to my due date. Along with that, going in and out of the bathroom is part of my talent(lol) every night. I am like an "aswang", eh? Sleeping in daylights and awake at night.

I am an online shopper. For me, I find it so easy to shop that way. I just have to sit infront of my computer and browse what I want on any shopping websites. Though this is real advantage for me, there are also some fraud that I need to watch out. Actually, there were times when I received e-mails from the bank as well as calls from them if I am allowing to disburse this much money to a certain person. This really shattered me as they are strangers in my ear. I then changed all my passwords and advised the bank for my security.
It's now that I learned about this protection for a shopper like me and it's best and proud to be sharing with you about Shop Shield®. They offer the most complete protection against identity theft and fraud when we shop online. The good thing about this is that, once we're enrolled, our identity is protected from hackers and insiders with access to customer databases and they can no longer steal our names, our credit card number, password or even our email address. This is because all those information are never entered into the databases of the shopping websites. Plus, spam blocker is also included. Isn't it cool? In other websites, we have to reveal our e-mail address and our shipping or residential address as well before they're gonna sell to us the items we need which makes it more complicated and risky.
There are two important details we have to know more about Shop Shield® and these are :
1) Secure Registration - create, manage, usernames passwords, and get anonymous e-mail addresses for any site for free. Protects you from email fraud, spam, phishing, and viruses. Keeps your personal information completely secure.
2) Secure Payments – when checking out at any online merchant or online service. Shop online without ever revealing your real personal and financial information to web sites, so it can't be stolen or misused. Shop Shield® protects your: Personal Information, Credit Card Numbers, Bank Accounts, Billing Address, Email Address, and Login Information.
This is truly a relief for me and for other online shoppers.
