Having my grill/griddle is a big help for me. It makes my cooking task easier and faster.
Since I really don't like our house to be stinky, most of the time I just grill meats for our meals at the backyard. Homemade burger with my secret seasoning is hubby's favorite with rice and gravy.
The griddle is useful as well. I can cook just anything on it. I already fried dried squid, anchovies and fish.
By the way, I bought the griddle/grill for $39 with free shipping. It was on sale on HSN and I just grabbed the opportunity.
